The East Region Open Water Champs took place on Sunday 14th July at Whitlingham Lake, Norwich. Just to get in the water and swim, at least, 1km is a fantastic achievement in itself. Lots of great swimming (even with the wetsuits). Loads of Beds ASA medals won but that all still needs to be confirmed. Until then:

2km – Gold for Thomas; Silver for Phoebe, Gareth and Jaye; Bronze for Nigel
3km Gold for Lochy & Silver for Ali
